My Sewing Machine is Back!!!!

And yes, I did the happy dance!!!  Finished the little remaining quilting on this and whipped up the binding.  All I have left is to hand sew the binding down and wash off the marking lines.  These were Siggys from the Modern Siggy swap (first round) and they are going to live on my dining room wall!  I will post pictures when it is hanging!!

Also started a project that includes an Amy Butler print so I can participate in a contest next week.  It helps that it was something that I needed to do for my room update!!

Be sure to click on the sew & tell button to see all the other sew & tell finishes, and get details on the Amy Butler contest!!!

Blessings,

KT

  2. I just enjoyed browsing through your posts! I was drawn to your blog by your pic that showed up on a comment you made over at Twin Fibers - I love that quilt! The colors are fantastic - nice and soft and relaxing. And I love your quilting on it best of all so thought it was kind of funny when I read that you will never do that again. It turned out beautifully, although I guess it was a royal pain?

  9. KT, so glad your machine is home where it belongs. I really love the rainbow layout of your siggy blocks and how you compensated for the three that didn't participate. It looks awesome! With my bad eyesight it took me a while to find my block, but I eventually did ;-) Enjoy your weekend!

  11. Wow, very nice. OK, I don't know how you 'planned' this among yourselves, but I am amazed at how your colour palette blends from one into the other!
